In my journey of life, that gave me amazing experience and courage to survive, I dedicate every bit to the people and nature that cuddled me all through.
I decided to rewind to the family and friends I grew up with, as my lessons of life are simply real life hacks I learnt from each one of them. My grandparents, my family, relatives, my school, college and work place colleagues and people who has come into my life for the last 58 years.
I know I cannot finish this ever, till I progress my soul. However I will be pausing at any moment when I have my scheme ready to roll on. I am trying to create something that all of us can collaborate easily and each one of you can take ownership of as your own.
Will need all your support to make social ethics and technology for sustainable development a Be All and End All for our future sustenance.
Writing about Lekhu and Anita made me so thrilled as they were telling me the little things they started remembering of their life and how they both laughed and shared all the pretty cute moments of their childhood with grand children and family far and near. If I could make 2^n people happy, then what am I waiting for.
I am starting with my family, about whom I have the freedom to write, without a qualm. Family and friends, are dear and near ones, you can remember without fear or doubt, then laugh, tear and connect instantly with the various communication means available now.
I just remembered what I used to say from childhood, I can’t remember where I heard that first: could be an autograph while leaving school.
Nothing is Good or Bad: Thinking makes it so.
One thing I have learnt is to best believe there are numerous solutions for every single problem; and there is always Vikramadityan and Vedhalam.
I am remembering my Appa and Amma, who passed away in 2009 just 60 days apart. Looks like they decided to run the establishment together in heaven above. If I have to walk through the lanes of my origin, and why my DNA works in the current manner I have to remember my grandparents.
Sadly for me, my Appa’s parents passed away when he was very young. So neither he nor I had the fortune to enjoy their wisdom and love. All I know about them is from the family genealogy (Sankaramangalam Kudumba Charithram), and from what I have heard from Appa, his older siblings and cousins.
My Appa hails from “Sankaramangalam” family.
In AD 52 when Apostle, St. Thomas came to India, 4 ancient Hindu families, Sankarapuri, Pakalomattam, Kalli, Kaalikaavu took upon Christianity. Sankaramangalam family members are descendants of Sankarapury family.
My grandfather T. V Philipose was a Lawyer, Philipose Vakil. He served as a lawyer in Perumbavoor, Alwaye and Moovattupuzha. He married Eliyamma from Kaniamkulam family in Kottayam.
He did not succeed as a lawyer, didn’t have the tactics and right attributes of a convincing lawyer. However it is documented that he was a Maths scholar and was very patient with children and whenever he visited friends and relative’s children went to him with their doubts in Mathematics. He was good at it.
I take great pride in this particular trait of his, as I enjoy teaching. All my life from school days, I would make sure the student whoever she or he is, perfects and is better than me. I don’t think my teaching habit can be isolated from my life’s story, as there are hundreds of people who had to fall prey to my tutoring. Well I myself was shocked to hear from many who said I was instrumental in them passing their math’s exam and being successful in their current jobs.
